PHILOSOPHY – Regardless of your child’s athletic ability when they join The BYFA, they’re skills/talents will be developed and enhanced utilizing positive reinforcement techniques displayed by the coaching staff. Whether they’re playing on the field or cheering on the sidelines they will be treated with respect and motivated to be the best they can be. The BYFA will be one of the most elite, first class youth sports organizations in Tarrant County. We not only focus on athletics, but school, grades and behavior. Our promise is that we’ll treat your child as if they’re our own. We believe each of our players are sent to us by “divine appointment” and that there is greatness inside of each them. Our desire is for them to tap into that greatness.
